Light taste of “Katsu”

We introduce “Oroshi katsu set(Chicken or Pork)” as a limited edition menu. We start to introduce this menu on 1st October 2020 until November 2020. (will be ended once ingredients prepared finish)

The lightest taste “Katsu” menu out of all our “Katsu” menu. 120g of Katsu served with grated radish and “Ponzu”, citrus soya sauce.
Grated radish is rich in digestive enzymes such as amylase and is a good food for stomach upset and constipation. In addition, it has a bactericidal effect, so it is effective even when you have a bad throat.
Want you to enjoy “Ponzu”, citrus soya sauce as well. You can enjoy greasy “Katsu” lightly.
